Today I'm going to talk about a movie that I saw recently:" The rise of planet of the apes." (In spanish: Planeta de los simios: (R)evolución)
I was waiting to see this movie so bad, I'm a big fan of the book, and the 60's production, so when it was premiered on Chile, I was exited to see it.
I went last saturday to see it on screen, and it was AWESOME.
It has amazing special effects and a good story, it didn't dissapoint me at all (sequels,or presequels are often really BAD).
I found this movie interesting because it also showed animal abuse (when the apes were caged and tested on, treated like objects, and then KILLED.) It's something that happens everyday in our society. And it's what indirectly leads to the revolution of the apes, to finally get some freedom and to stop being victims of our cruelty.
Overall, it's a nice movie, worth watching.
